Open Recipe Frames to prepare photographs and settings for sharing. It is free and doesn’t require an account. We’ve tried to make the frames as customisable as possible. More styles and options are planned as people play around with them and share feedback.

Build your frames

  1. Choose Add your photos and select photographs for the current frame.
  2. Use Photos to choose the layout, crop, position and zoom.
  3. Open Frame to change the style, colours, aspect ratio, borders and available presentation options.
  4. Open Details to choose which recipe settings, camera details and creator credits to show.
  5. Use Text to add and edit text on a photograph. Expanding the preview gives you more room to position it.
  6. Add another frame when you’re ready. The frame options let you duplicate or remove frames.
A project supports up to 5 frames, with up to 5 photographs in each frame. Each frame keeps its own design and crops. Current styles include Editorial, Full bleed, Paper, Soft focus and Recipe. The available options depend on the style and content you’ve chosen.

Photographs and automatic settings

Use JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF files smaller than 30 MB each. HEIC, SVG and RAF files aren’t supported by the frame editor. For automatic recipe detection, use an original, straight out of camera Fujifilm JPEG with its recipe metadata intact. If metadata is missing, you can enter the settings yourself. The web Recipe Analyser also accepts RAF files when you need to read their settings separately. When several photographs share compatible detected settings, the frame can display the common values. If their recipes differ, put them in separate frames or choose photographs with matching settings. The editor doesn’t invent a shared recipe.

Download your work

Choose Download for the current frame. With several frames, choose the current frame or the whole set.
  • A single frame downloads as a PNG.
  • A set downloads as a ZIP containing the PNG frames.
The download is a finished image, not a saved editable project. Your frames and selected photos remain in this tab only. Download anything you want to keep before refreshing, leaving or closing it. If you follow a link while you have work in progress, choose Keep editing to stay or Discard and leave to leave. Refreshing or closing the tab uses your browser’s own warning.

Optional emails

Email frames may be unavailable while the delivery service is being prepared. You can still download your frames. Where it is enabled, choose the current frame or the set, enter the recipient address, review the consent notice and complete the security check before choosing Send. Larger exports may be split into numbered emails. If a frame is too large to email, use Download instead. Emailing is the exception to local-only editing: the finished PNGs and recipient address are sent to Resend after you choose Send. Resend states that email and log data is retained for 30 days on Free, Pro and Scale plans, and backups persist for 7 days. Enterprise retention can differ. See local processing and privacy for the source policy and full explanation.
