How Feedback May Be Used

Feedback is voluntary. When you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, customer experience notes, or other feedback through any official Recipe Room channel, including the feedback portal, email, support, in-app prompts, or surveys, you give Recipe Room permission to use, adapt, implement, publish, commercialize, or otherwise act on that feedback without payment, credit, approval, or any other obligation to you. Feedback doesn’t transfer ownership of your personal information or your original content. It simply means Recipe Room can decide whether and how to use feedback to improve the product.

Product Ideas

Product ideas help us understand what would make Recipe Room more useful for the Fujifilm community. This could include ideas for:
  • New features and social tools.
  • More supported camera models, film simulations, or settings.
  • Better ways to create, organize, share, and discover recipes.
  • Improvements for creators and the wider community.

Bug Reports

Let us know when something isn’t working as expected. This includes glitches, errors, crashes, slow loading, performance problems, or anything that doesn’t look or behave correctly.

Customer Experience Improvements

Customer experience feedback is useful even when nothing is technically broken. Tell us when a process feels confusing, takes too many steps, is difficult to find, or could work more smoothly.

What to Include

For bug reports and customer experience improvements, include as much of the following as you can:
  • What you were trying to do.
  • What happened.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • Why the change would improve your workflow or experience.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if available.
  • Your device model.
  • Your operating system and version.
  • Your Recipe Room app version, if known.
Feedback helps shape priorities, but delivery depends on feasibility, costs, platform stability, safety, and the work needed to build a change properly.

Missing Camera, Film Simulation, or Setting

If a missing camera model, film simulation, or camera setting is blocking you from creating a recipe, please add it to the feedback portal. Include the exact camera name, firmware version if relevant, and the setting or simulation you expected to see. If the missing model or setting is urgent, email feedback@reciperoom.io.
