Content-first view
Content-first view keeps the photograph full screen. It is useful when you want to browse visually, move through a carousel, or take in the work with fewer details on screen. The main actions and a summary stay close to the image, with the rest of the Recipe or Post details a swipe away.Detail-first view
Detail-first view keeps the photograph in its original shape and brings its information into one scrollable layout. For a Post, this can include:- The caption and tags.
- The linked Recipe, when one was used.
- The camera model and film simulation recorded for the Post.
- Likes, comments, saves, and sharing actions.
- The complete settings and description.
- The camera model and film simulation.
- Reference photographs.
- Posts linked to the Recipe.
- Options to follow, save, or Fork the Recipe where available.
Follow the links around a look
A linked Recipe card on a Post opens the Recipe used for the photographs. From there, you can inspect the settings and browse other Posts linked to the same Recipe. Likewise, the linked Posts section on a Recipe shows how photographers have used those settings across different subjects, places, and light.See how a Recipe is being used
A Recipe can show how many times it has been linked from Posts. Open its linked Posts to see the photographs people made with those settings and how the look changes across different photographers and conditions. You can also see how often a Recipe has been Forked. Each Fork is a new version created from the original Recipe, so you can follow how the community has adapted the look while the source remains credited. These signals give useful context around a Recipe:- Linked Posts show how many times photographers have used and linked the Recipe.
- Posts using this Recipe opens the photographs connected to it.
- Forks show how many new Recipe versions have been created from it.
A Post and Recipe remain independent. Moving between them does not merge the content or change who created it.
Use pills to search
Tags, camera models, and film simulations are interactive where they appear as pills.- Tap a tag to find public content using the same tag.
- Tap a camera model to find Posts and Recipes associated with that camera.
- Tap a film simulation to find work created with that simulation.
