Recipe Room’s website hosts the current legal and safety documents.

Accepting the Current Documents

New accounts must accept the current Terms and acknowledge the current Privacy Policy before entering Recipe Room. The acceptance screen links directly to both documents so you can review them first. Recipe Room records the document versions accepted by the account. When either document is updated, returning members may be asked to review and accept the new versions after logging in or opening the app. This is a gate, not an account change. Until the current versions are accepted, the rest of the app remains unavailable. Your account and content are not removed. You can accept and continue, or sign out. If the documents change while the acceptance screen is open, Recipe Room asks you to review the newly published versions before continuing.

Safety and Child Safety

Recipe Room’s Safety Standards explain what is prohibited, how to report a concern, how Recipe Room responds, and how to reach the right contact route. The page includes general safety issues such as harassment, threats, scams, privacy violations, self-harm concerns, and harmful links. Child safety remains a core part of those standards. Recipe Room has a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). You can report suspected CSAE or CSAM directly in the app from any post, recipe, collection, or profile. Child safety reports are treated as the highest priority. You can also email the child safety point of contact at safety@reciperoom.io, and you do not need an account to do so.

Feedback Permission

If you send feedback through any official Recipe Room channel, including the feedback portal, feedback@reciperoom.io, support email, in-app prompts, or surveys, you give Recipe Room permission to use, adapt, implement, publish, or otherwise act on that feedback to build or improve the service. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or your original content. It means Recipe Room can use feedback to improve the product.
