# Roadmap

> The priorities guiding Recipe Room's development.

The roadmap explains the areas Recipe Room is working to improve. It's a direction of travel, not a fixed release calendar or a promise that every idea will ship.

## Current Priorities

* Making the everyday app more reliable and easier to use.
* Improving Explore, Search, and personal recommendations.
* Making it easier to create, link, credit, fork, save, and organise recipes.
* Adding camera models, film simulations, and settings where support is missing.
* Learning which parts of Recipe Room are genuinely useful to the community.
* Developing the Creator Platform and possible earnings for eligible, brand-new Custom recipes.
* Protecting creator credit through clearer recipe sources, verification, and misuse checks.

Work in one area often supports another. Better recipe links, for example, help creators receive credit, give photographers better context, and make Explore more useful.

## How Priorities Are Chosen

The order can change as we learn from the community. We also have to weigh safety, reliability, cost, effort, and how many people a change would help.

Some improvements can be made quickly. Others need research, design, testing, or less visible groundwork first.

Please use the [feedback portal](https://feedback.reciperoom.io) for ideas, bug reports, and customer experience improvements. It keeps requests organized and gives us a clearer view of what the community is asking for.

If something is urgent or you believe it should be prioritized, email [feedback@reciperoom.io](mailto:feedback@reciperoom.io).
