For product ideas, bug reports, and customer experience improvements, please use the [feedback portal](https://feedback.reciperoom.io). It keeps requests organized and helps us understand what the community wants most.

## Missing Camera Support

If a missing camera model, film simulation, or camera setting is blocking you from creating a recipe, please add it to the [feedback portal](https://feedback.reciperoom.io). If it's urgent, email [feedback@reciperoom.io](mailto:feedback@reciperoom.io) with the details.

## What to Include

To help us understand the issue, include:

* Your Recipe Room username.
* The email address connected to your account, if relevant.
* A short description of the problem.
* Screenshots or screen recordings, if useful.
* Your device and app version, if you know them.
* Links or names of affected posts, recipes, collections, or profiles.

## Reports and Safety Concerns

Where possible, use the in-app report option for posts, recipes, collections, and profiles. This gives Recipe Room the context needed to review the concern.

For urgent safety, abuse, copyright, or account concerns that can't be reported in the app, email [support@reciperoom.io](mailto:support@reciperoom.io).

For child safety concerns, including suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, email the child safety point of contact at [safety@reciperoom.io](mailto:safety@reciperoom.io). These reports are treated as the highest priority, and you don't need an account to send one. See the [Safety Standards](https://reciperoom.io/child-safety.html) for more. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service first.
